Aaron R. Sims was born in Grand Junction, Colorado and admitted to practice in the state of Oklahoma in 1998. Mr. Sims is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the District of Colorado. Mr. Sims completed his preparatory education at Oklahoma State University (B.S. Animal Science, 1995) and obtained his legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 1998). Mr. Sims is a member of the Woodward County Bar, Oklahoma Bar and American Bar Associations. Mr. Sims is active in the community having served with numerous boards and organizations since returning to Woodward in 1998, including Woodward Education Foundation, the Northwest Domestic Crisis Services, Woodward Boomer Booster Club, City of Woodward (as attorney), church, and others.

Ryan E. Price was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma and admitted to practice in the state of Oklahoma in 2002. Mr. Price is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Price completed his preparatory education at Oklahoma State University (B.A., 1998) and obtained his legal education at the Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., 2002). Mr. Price is a member of the Woodward County Bar, Oklahoma Bar, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Price returned to the Woodward area in 2004 and has been involved with various community and school events.
